VOYAGE TO THE WHITE SHARK CAFE [SHORT | 7 MINUTES | 2018]

Dr. Barbara Block fulfills a lifelong dream as she leads an unprecedented expedition to the legendary White Shark Cafe.  With the support of the Schmidt Ocean Institute, a crew of wildlife biologists, geneticists, and deep sea ecologists boarded the R/V Falkor in Honolulu.  They traveled thousands of miles between Hawaii and California to search for these charismatic predators, and any clues left behind that would help us unlock the secrets of why white sharks come to this mysterious part of the ocean every year.
